5 times not being able to do the 28 minutes without multiple stop had me all but giving up!
This morning I decided to play a trick on lovely sarah m! I set my run to week 5 run3... 20 mins.
And I ran through till she said walk, and I kept on running through the warm down 5 mins, and I switched to Runkeeper and carried on for 3! 28 mins!! No stops!!!
And I felt I could have carried on too!!!!
