Started badly bad leg fasting day so had only eaten an apple had no motivation but 10 mins into my run sexy and I know it came on my phone and that was that no stopping me so much so that when my 28 mins had finished I kept going for another 5 making it 5k in 33 mins happy happy happy sarah

I bet your right chuffed love , I would be , once again well done . Think about me in the morning , I'm running to work for first time , may as well, we have shower & changing facilities , so it makes sense , it's not that far , about half n hrs walk , but quite hilly . . Watch it take me longer running lol .
I really am very chuffed would love a celebratory Chinese why did I choose today to fast I decided to start the 5.2 diet after your question the other day and its my first one lol how you getting on with it?? Also that makes sense to run to work with those facilities you will do great love n then you can see all your colleagues look at you in awe
That's good 2lb is great I'm not finding today difficult I have had a apple and a pear and I will be having a small sweet potato and some weight watcher tuna stuff which might be just over 500 I'm not sure lol I am worried about how much I'm going to eat tomorrow I have told myself I can have a Chinese tomorrow instead and a raisin bagel for brekkie since my next run isn't until Wednesday which will be my next fast lol
Something to look forward to tomorrow then , I may do fast day tomorrow but after run I'm starving , so may be Tuesday .
