What is wrong with me?? I actually loved, LOVED it! I actually got annoyed with the walking, I just wanted it to be over already. breathing was grand, legs were grand AND there was no struggle.
I'm thinking this was a fluke. There is no way I can actually be one with running.
Nothing is going to get me down today! Such a good mood...well for the next 5 mins before I start work at least

Wishing you too a happy day jiggles7, your wish is just about to come true because your next run is a non stop 🛑 run, run 3 of week 5 is 20 minutes long with NO. WALKING, I am sure you will love it.
Good! Take things slowly though as the ante does get upped! Slowly working through the intervals will get you safely through. Don’t try and speed things up! You can save all that for much later.
