I can’t believe it - I was feeling so tired, really not up for the run today but pushed myself out of the door and I did it 😊 I really am beginning to see what others say about trusting the pace of the programme - I never thought I’d be able to run for 5 minute stretches and feel pretty ok afterwards.
The biggest breakthrough has been in the way I feel during the runs; I’ve never before felt in control of my breathing like I do now, I don’t feel breathless at all really - the biggest obstacle to push through is achey legs. But then I hear Laura’s voice telling me I’m nearly there... and it feels great! Bring on the next runs 😊
