W4R1 done

Today I started week 4 and was really conscious of the step up. I never thought I would be able to run for 5 minutes and feel pretty chuffed that I managed it. I wasn't really feeling like it today when I got to the gym, but I put my positive head in gear and did it 😊

🍏Excellent! You are discovering that running requires both the legs & the mental agility to get the job done! Well done!!

Very well done... the easy runs are easy...the ones that need a bit more mental effort... they are so worth it!
