I was dreading this one, 5 minutes ... twice?! No way! But I did it, kept plodding on, slowing down even more and saying to myself (as Jo told me to do) ‘I love running’. And it worked. I can’t wait for Monday to do it again now.
How weird is that?! 😂

Good for you. Sounds lot easier than my turn this morning. "C'mon you fat b*stard" was one of my wheezes during the last 5. Oddly enjoyable tho. Sounds like we're both out again on Monday. Good luck! You'll ace it!
You are NOT a fat,'well you said it', yesterday I did run 2 of round 4, the last 3 minutes of the final 5-minute run was all uphill, I just ran a little slower than on the flat, believe it or not, the run finished right outside of our local gym and fitness club which I do not attend, however, at that very moment I could look inside and see all the people in the gym doing a high energy workout, someone else who was also watching them asked me if I wanted to join them, I replied "no I have just completed round 2 of week 4 of C25K and I do not wish to join them"
It’s not easy, but keep slow and steady and you’ll do it. You’ve got this far, followed the programme, so your ready. That’s what I kept telling my self. Good luck 👍
Just dig in, slow it down and grit it out. I was pretty hard, but in retrospect not really harder than the transition between any of the other weeks. Just that "5 mins" has that "special ring" to it...
Yes totally weird. I'm at the same stage as you, scared to look what's next but just doing what Jo tells me. I'm amazed and delighted by the app but also by myself- the ultimate couch.
