Was not looking forward to the 20min run, was not sure if i could get through it.

The rain stopped and a bit of sunshine came through so thought ok lets go for it.

Started to run and for the first time i think i felt great, legs felt strong breathing was normal, and thats when i knew i can do this.

About the 18 min mark did tire a little but kept on going, then i heard the words you have done it.

checked Edmondo when i got in and it says 5k 29:33. when i started on 1st of Jan it was 37min.

Might not have to walk most of the Great Manchester Run after all.

Love this C25K, it really does work.

Surprised myself doing this program. Turned 51 not long ago and thought about getting healthy then

thought give myself something aim for so put myself down for the Great Manchester run for charity.

Up to now things are going good.
