Gregg!!! You did it!! I'm sooooo happy for you and so glad you shared your moment in video form like your last big milestone!! :D Its so wonderful to not just read about how this moment makes us feel but to actually hear it and see it on your face is amazing! :) Thank you for sharing!

Like Gayle, I had been wondering how you were getting on so it is my pleasure to welcome you, officially, the the Grad Club!! Woo hoo!!

I hope you enjoy celebrating and enjoy the feeling of being able to run for 30 mins. Keep it up Gregg and enjoy!!

Hello Sue! I did it! You know, it feels a bit strange finally being a graduate. I remember how I felt when I completed week 5 (that 20 minutes running feel so far away now!), and completing week 9 has been such an amazing goal.

It's been a pretty rough month, a lot of things happened, and I sometimes just wanted to give up, but I didn't! I didn't and I am so proud of myself. And you guys, like I said in the video, gave me support and cheered me up with all of your comments. It has been such a massive boost!

Looking forward to be able to run for 40 minutes now! :)

All the best,

Gregg

Haha I don't think Laura would enjoy it!

She's a great coach and we should all try not to steal her job :p

Thank you Claire,

all the best.

Congratulations, graduate! :D

So very happy to see you back again - it's really lovely that you've done another video. It is very moving to see the joy on your face that you've completed the programme, and good to hear how much you appreciated the support on here - and now you've passed it on down the line to new people just starting out on their journey.

Well done! :)
