Very well done Gregg! I wondered just a few days ago how you were getting on with the program. Congratulations to you and make sure you request that Grad badge! Wishing you a bright future! Gayle
Well done that's fantastic!!
Gregg!!! You did it!! I'm sooooo happy for you and so glad you shared your moment in video form like your last big milestone!! Its so wonderful to not just read about how this moment makes us feel but to actually hear it and see it on your face is amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Like Gayle, I had been wondering how you were getting on so it is my pleasure to welcome you, officially, the the Grad Club!! Woo hoo!!
I hope you enjoy celebrating and enjoy the feeling of being able to run for 30 mins. Keep it up Gregg and enjoy!!
Sue
Hello Sue! I did it! You know, it feels a bit strange finally being a graduate. I remember how I felt when I completed week 5 (that 20 minutes running feel so far away now!), and completing week 9 has been such an amazing goal.
It's been a pretty rough month, a lot of things happened, and I sometimes just wanted to give up, but I didn't! I didn't and I am so proud of myself. And you guys, like I said in the video, gave me support and cheered me up with all of your comments. It has been such a massive boost!
Looking forward to be able to run for 40 minutes now!
All the best,
Gregg
Well done Gregg. Great video clip. I think they should put you on the NHS Choices website to replace Laura!!! Happy Graduation. Claire. X
For any of you out there that hasnt watched Gregg's first video clip about his W5R3 experience please do watch it; it is amazing, heartfelt and very moving..... Enjoy!
Congrats, Gregg. Just watched your earlier video too (thanks Sue). Excellent stuff... hope you continue to enjoy many more runs and runner's highs in the future.
Congratulations, graduate!
So very happy to see you back again - it's really lovely that you've done another video. It is very moving to see the joy on your face that you've completed the programme, and good to hear how much you appreciated the support on here - and now you've passed it on down the line to new people just starting out on their journey.
Well done!
Congratulations on graduating
