So that’s week one done(yesterday night). Feeling good about. Just wondering if anyone else is having back pain? Literally 30 seconds into the first segment pure back pain I have quite decent trainers on but my back is in absolute Agnoy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Week 2 is starting tomorrow as long as the pain goes

hmmm. We can't diagnose here.... take care of yourself. Don't overdo anything (where overdo might be quite low). Some people have mentioned back pain as due to weak core strength so you might need some other exercise? Or is there some sort of issue caused by something else?
Also, "decent trainers" but are they running shoes ... there's a link in the FAQ about shoes.
Hoping someone can either advise or you can get yourself pro advice! Backs are important!
