w5r1 - man flu, what man flu?

Having whinged on here about this cold I am suffering with, and how it was preventing me doing today's run, decided to "man up" and just do it (telling myself I could always stop if I felt rough). And, by again taking it very steady, breezed straight through it without a problem :)

Have to say though, hats off to those of you who are doing this outside today, it was hot enough on my treadmill with the shades drawn and a breeze coming through the door, without the blazing sunshine on my back too!

Really looking forward to Tuesday's 8-minute runs (feel like I am just about ready for that step up now), especially if I can shake off this cold by then.

Well done you!! I too am suffering with a cold and have continued with my runs. You’re a little ahead of me though! 3 minute runs were enough for me today lol!

Well done! I’m hot on your heels (literally) .. will be starting W5R1 when the sun goes down!.. 🏃🏻‍♀️
