Visiting my old mum in Peak District - and brought the running shoes! Week 5 Run 1 was tough - its v v hilly of course! Kept going but must admit I won’t rush to do that again!

We do have some hills up here! Bloody well done dealing with them. So that’s a tough but brilliant run ticked off... and those hills we have build stamina, so it will help you even more when you get back on flatter terrain!
