I am more than pleased with my first park run and finished with a time of 29.31.I Loved the experience and really helps to push you along having volunteers cheering you along and i was particularly impressed with the children wizzing past me at top speed.I will certainly be taking part again. :)

thanks aliciarun, you will i still cant believe i can run at all, let alone do a 5k!!! just keep at it and enjoy.

thankyou, i loved taking part even though i dont think i would have made it without all the volunteers support all the way around, i had to really push to the end, but i did it and am sooo pleased:)

I totally agree run or walk what a way to spend a morning,i loved it,such a shame i am normally working Saturdays so i wont be able to do many of them, but any chance i get i will.:)

thanks, not bad for a VETERAN lol, can't believe i'm a veteran at 44, but yes i'm really pleased with the time seems.
