Well done. Week 1 nearly done. Just keep at it slow and steady. And avoid having a scary bird of prey swoop down and nick your trainers!
Very well done! You CAN do this. No one can be as unfit as I was so just keep going,stick to the programme and enjoy it. If you struggle with one run them repeat it then move on. Good luck!
Good tip is lurk around the other recent W1 posts and find yourself a virtual running buddy to chat to. Nothing like having someone to chat to who's at the same stage. Helps with the motivation and everyone on here's kind. You picked a lovely time of year to start your journey too!
Yes it will be a challenge. But there are many of us who are running proof that the programme works. Take it nice and steady and each challenge is achievable. You will soar like an eagle!
