Hi, well done for getting started! You'll smash it 💪 Yes, you should always leave at least 1 day in-between your runs. Rest days are essential for recovery and making sure you don't injure yourself. Happy running, the programme really does work! 🏃🏽♀️

well done for joining! And good luck. The plan really is magical. You really will be able to run for 30 mins if you follow the plan! I couldn’t believe it but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!
