Well I would never have thought I would have ever ran for 25mins my pace is not that quick and not yet at 5k but I could not even do 60 seconds so I'm sure speed comes in time. SO happy I've come this far to people thinking it's impossible it's not if I can do this you can.

Well done. This program really is life changing. 5K will come when you're ready.

Well done you are doing great ... remember you need to run your own race .. every time you are improving going farther building endurance and stamina that’s what the program is all about and you are rocking it 👍👍👏🏻

Exactly how I felt when I did it. It’s amazing isn’t it. I’m now doing 5k parkruns. Very slowly. But I’m doing them. Couldn’t run for 60 seconds back in January. Well done you! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
