I did it! Today I ran my graduation run. Feeling loose and easy, I loped my way over that finish line with a whoop and a holler. My son said he's never been prouder of me. My husband was speechless (a rare circumstance, lol)
The support of this community was invaluable, and the advice I received from you veterans of C25K was wonderful. Thank you.
The 10K isn't a future goal for me....but running a 5K 3-4 times a week for the rrat of my life and consistently improving my technique and speed certainly is.
Happy Friday!

Huge congratulations and very, very well done. Such fun to surprise folk!
There is a lot you can move onto now, with those runs you are planning, but... I should warn you....
I too remember saying.... " I am happy now with the 5K runs.... I shan't move onto 10K..." hahahahaha!!! 10K is now a regular Sunday run and just embarking on a HM plan
