Ok just got back from my run I did it, oddest feeling when I thought my little legs couldn’t carry me any further I got a cold rushing feeling down the backs of my legs and no I hadn’t wet myself but it did help me to carry on. I’m more then a little worried about the next one 20 minuets how on earth am I going to do that bloody hell I hope these little legs will carry me all the way

Well done! I’ve just done w5r1 and have the same thoughts about the 20 but hey, 3x5 minutes was unthinkable a month ago too. Good luck with r3. It’s a milestone but you can do it!
Thank you, no and your next one of two eight minutes makes you realise how far we have come. I’m glad that my next run falls on a Saturday rather then trying that one after work for the first time

I’ve just done this one too this morning . I found the second run better than the first but kept going!
