Did this run last night. Went ok, didn't find it too bad but then again not running at any pace but I did pass a walker :)

Quite enjoying W6 actually however will be interesting to see what my thoughts are after final run tomorrow night..25 mins that shall be a test.

Well done, I did it tonight, I didn't find it as bad as R1, but like you going very slowly , Stone Roses helped me tonight.lol. 25 mins for me on Friday, that's going to be a challenge, good luck with your run tomorrow, keep us posted.

Same here not only did I overtake the walker but on the way back almost had sufficient energy to say hi! Yes tomorrow’s 25 minutes is in my head!!!
