I completed this run this morning. I felt a bit reluctant, messed up and with a bit of tummy trouble. Still, Michael Johnson's velvet voice pulled me through. Now for run 3.

Well done, I had a stomach bug a couple of weeks back, W7 I think I was on at the time, so I know how you are feeling but you pushed on and completed the run, that's good.

Make sure you keep hydrated, it's amazing how quickly tummy trouble can dehyrate you.

Hello scotinexile, I am at the exact same point as you. My wk 6 run 3 is due on Friday or Saturday. Have you listened to what comes next? I am feeling apprehensive!!! Good luck with it.

No, I am avoiding listening to it at present. My legs are really tired. Thanks for your good luck wishes and the same to you. Let me know how you go.

It was rather hard! Legs jellyish at the end. And I run so slowly I sometimes have to look down at my legs and feet to make sure this can really be called running. Never mind, it is all a world away from where I was before I started in August. It's the progress that counts, not the speed, don't you think? Let me know how you get on.

Oh well done you. My next run will be tomorrow. I've got some new warmer gear to wear, so sort of looking forward to it.

Good luck for the next run out, Mr Smooth should help smooth out any wobbles....
