As usual, the first 10 minutes were hard but then the second lot, I don't remember much about. Not sure if that's good or bad :)

It's the 25 minutes run on Friday ;)

25 minutes? No worries there for you, you can smash that. If the run wasn’t memorable it was almost certainly good. Go get the next one and send it packing.

BTW what music are you listening to? I have stuck to audiobooks and the Archers (inspiration for my username 😉🍸) up to now.

Thanks for your encouragement. It's an extremely varied collection of music; covering around 40 years. All types of artists from classical to pop! I have around 1000 tracks!! No chance of getting board, haha. During my W5R3, the last track before the end of the run was, "The show must go on", by Queen. I had to laugh at the appropriateness of it.
