Week 5..

Today was week5 day 1..and it was a good run! Although not sure how I'm going to cope with day 3.. 20 min run. How have others made the leap?

I've run in the past..I did the London marathon in 2011..very slowly. But haven't done any running since so have gone back to square one and decided to do the couch to 5k to give me my confidence back. Has anybody on here continued after the programme?

Do a search for W5R3 and you will find an equal number of needlessly apprehensive pre run posts plus all the delighted celebrations of those who believed in themselves and did it.

I believe you can do it, so it is time you started to believe that too.

SLOW..............

You ran a marathon! Wow! I can't even contemplate that. My husband ran one years ago and it was hard for him and he was super fit having just left the army.

Go slow. Just did so 5 run 2. And have music to listen to! You can do if it I can!
