Just completed week 5 run 2. Thought I would see what run 3 entails. It says 20 min run . Can I ask is this correct?

Yes - it is 20 minutes !!! I was really apprehensive as it seems a big leap but I’ve just done it and it wasn’t too bad . I went slowly but I jogged all the way. You’ll be amazed at how far you can jog 🏃‍♀️

Hi

Thanks for replying. Well done you for achieving this. It seems a big leap as you say.

However you achieved it & you have given me the “I can do this too” feeling. Soo a huge thank you.🤗

Hi, yes it is correct, but now it’s all in the mind. You are now fit enough to do it, but your head is doubting your ability. Don’t listen. You can do it. I know this because if I can do, then anyone can. I started the C25K journey in April. I’m 105KG and before this the only exercise I did was at school and that was 35 years ago. I graduated in 9 weeks. I feel much better now. Still fat, but fit and fat!

Your spot on it’s about putting the “I will do this” hat on.

Well done you for graduating. I’m proud of you & anyone els who works to achieve this goal.

Huge thank you for helping me focusing to get my mind set in place.Loving this app. Everyone so encouraging and positive.

Don’t know where I would be without you guys.

Yep.

It's the logical following of W5R1 and W5R2 though – where you have successfully run 15 minutes total, then 16 minutes total, in increasingly longer intervals.

You're ready for this, and as someone who did it just yesterday, I found it less difficult than it sounds. You've got this !

Yes and it is just another run that you are ready for...it is not what you think it is... not a dragon of a run..just one to take slowly and steadily as you move forwards:)

Trust the plan.... have confidence in yourself and know you will do this.. because as we all know;

If you believe in Dragons..then you must also believe that they can be defeated:)

Gawd all this positivity is swelling my head. I won’t be able to get out the door to run!!!!😂

Seriously I appreciate all the positivity I’m getting and I’m gonna do this. Slow and steady. Break it down into bite sized chunks.

My run of week 5 run 3 is tomorrow. Bring it on sister n eat my dust. 😊
