I very happy to say I’ve just started my first run tonight! and it was great although I’m doing it in the gym and not on the street. How’s everyone else finding it?

I started tonight as well, also on a treadmill. I was enjoying it much more than I thought I would until pain in my shins forced me to stop ☹️ The learn is to increase the incline and slow down, for now!
Another one who started yesterday week 1 run 1 !! so - I shall follow too - would be good to see each others progress ! I did mine out in the park - and didn't find it too bad - but was definitely ready to stop at the end of each 60 second run !!
Just did my run 2 .... did it in the gym today as it is too wet outside ! Feeling pretty good so far ... I will be so impressed if this works and we can run 5k after 9 weeks !
