Definitely slowing down, but getting to the end of the run with Sarah Milicans encouragement 😀. Tight left calf this week. Hoping to run it off but wondering whether I need new trainers.

I've just finished week 2 and also feel like I'm slowing down. 1sr of week 2 felt ok as expected it to hurt. 2nd & 3rd felt like I've taken a few steps back. Might run it once again before moving on
