W6 r1 already! Where did that go? Was a little harder today than the 25 mins run but i think that may have been because I had red wine and an Indian curry last night. Lesson to myself , don’t do that again 😊

We did our W6r1 this morning and I could definitely feel the fact that I spent yesterday hiking all over Lundy. #notetoselfrestdayisRESTday

Not a bad run though I could feel the backs of my thighs protesting in the first bit. I seem to recover a lot faster now and by the time we have done the cool down walk and then walked the couple of minutes to home I’m back to normal again.

This programme definitely seems to be working - although I don’t seem to be shedding any pounds as which I was hoping for. Hey ho fitness was what I was aiming for

I haven’t lost any weight per the scales but I have changed shape, I think and hope someone corrects me if I am wrong as think a pound of fat is bigger than a pound of muscle so you are losing fat but building muscle up, you will eventually see the difference 😬
