Would never had thought in just 5 weeks I would have been running for 20 mins - great feeling of achievement. Now W6 🤓

That is a great psychological milestone under your belt, congratulations.

However, don't get carried away, W6R1 catches a lot of people out. Just take it steady.

I agree, I've just finished week 5 and it's awesome to know that you actually can run for twenty minutes.

I'm hoping to start week 6 later today dependant on family commitments.

Good innit. I think the same every run and I've been graduated a few weeks now. Don't think I'll ever forget or become complacent as to how great this programme is ☺
