W5R3......Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

After today I really believe that I will be able to run for 30 mins....I was dreading this run, after the W5R2 I was so tired and thought that perhaps I would do that run a couple of times before doing R3....then after reading the blogs during the week I thought I will have a go and if I have to stop that will be fine - however I didn't need to stop, and as the lovely Laura kept advising on the time - when I got to 15 minutes I thought I can do this! Now feeling elated and aching what a combination!- I can't believe how good I feel and how much I am looking forward to continuing this journey!

Brilliant! It's such a great feeling to get that run done & dusted. Good luck with Week 6.

Well done for sticking with it, it's a fantastic feeling. You've overcome the toughest part of the course, the psychological barrier that used to stay 'I can't do this' has been replaced with your new attitude of 'I can do this, I WILL do this'.

Now celebrate, revel and enjoy the rest of the course! :-D
