Really look forward to my runs now. I did W5R2 six point five times before moving on to run 3 this morning. I couldn't do the whole thing - as with run 2 I start to feel queasy when I am pushing myself. I have half a banana and a coffee and water before I set out. Maybe cut out the banana? And the coffee?!

Feeling queasy is fairly normal. When you are running, a lot of the blood is directed away from digesting food to providing oxygen to your heart, muscles and lungs, so you feel sick. Are you pushing yourself too hard? Do you run too soon after a meal? Also, sipping water early and often will help you to digest better. Don't know if any of this is any use but might be the reason.
Well done, but you should not be pushing yourself. C25K is designed to be done at an easy conversational pace. If you are gasping if you talk, you are going too fast.
I wondered if it might be that (hard/over breathing). Will try a different approach and a flatter route! Ps. Is it 'Ian know da truth'?!
I am afraid it is not Ian, although many are of that belief, despite my denials. The obscure nom de web is meant to roll off the tongue along the the lines of "You know da Truth" but the best laid plans etc. etc.....
