Well done. There isn't a wrong side of 50............youth is wasted on the young.
Don't worry about future runs, the very worst that can happen is that you do not complete it and then you have to repeat it..............did the world come to an end?

I'm the wrong side of 40 Jeaniedeans and was also worried about week 4. Read up about it and followed the advice and slowed down and r1 was fine. Just completed it! First run when I've actually felt really good afterwards..... Think it's the thought of running for more than walking now. Good luck! Take it slow and steady and you'll be ok. 😁
I'm 51 in three weeks and I honestly didn't think I'd ever run for a minute. Just completed week 5 run 1 which is 3 x 5 mins and it was fine! Just go slow. And slower if you need to. We can do it!
I'm 53 & just completed w3 too. I've worried about the next weeks runs every time I've completed a week so far but today I just thought - I'm not even gonna think abt how long the runs are in W4- just bring it on! Good luck.
