Join Slimming World. It has worked for me. Good luck.

It may sound glib and is certainly simplistic, but eat less, run more is a good starting point.

Good luck.

Move more... eat less. It works... but easy to say and harder to do, This is not a weight loss programme but may help with your weight.

So... if you want to feel fitter then download the programme, follow it slowly and steadily. Take your rest days and add other exercise on those days. The whole idea is slow build up, and if you are unfit, you need to take it gently, expect aches and pains, and listen to your body.

Core-strength exercise, walking, swimming, cycling etc on your rest days will help.

You have to really want to do this.... it may take you longer than nine weeks and speed and distance are not factors. If you go steadily, and keep posting, your successes and setbacks, (and there may be some:)) you will get support at encouragement...:)

So.. welcome:)

Go for it?

Hello. Yep, eat less move more. This programme will certainly get you moving, and hopefully keep you moving post graduation. Also if you start eating and drinking healthily now, you will continue it for life. be more mobile in general and try to walk much more, leaving the bus or car where possible to increase mileage on two feet.

Good luck. You only need dead slow jogs, so don't worry. It's fun once you get into it 😃

Just do it! So many people think about doing something but never actually do it! So, download the app, put on your headphones and a pair of running shoes and get out there into the great outdoors. It'll be the best thing you've ever done ✅

Good luck 😉

I have found that starting this has definatly helped weight wise , I use the myfitnesspal and do the runs , I am now making healthier choices because unfortunately the enngine doesn't get powered with crap food 🍴 to run you need healthy stuff inside , I even asked for a very small slice of choc cherry birthday cake ( people thought I was having a funny turn lol )
