This is the first run that I would have quite easily put off. I don’t know why but when I woke up this morning I thought I just can be arsed so got up and went for it otherwise I wouldn’t have done it today. It’s a beautiful morning and you just need to run for 5 mins through the village then you’re out in the countryside. I struggled for the first 5 mins but pushed through and kept going and enjoyed my early morning run with no one going about and the sun in the sky 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
