Well done. The first run is always the most difficult but you have completed that. There are many challenges ahead but if you stick to the programme, you will be running for half an hour in the summer
Great! Do check out the pinned FAQ posts... ironically it can often be those who were previously runners or who are fit from other activity who trip up a bit through second guessing the programme.
