Tough going 3 minutes at a time, but the 90 second was a doddle, so it is working, 60 second was hard going three weeks ago! 5 minutes will be a challenge next run though.

I too felt like you and have just done WK5 R1 which is 3 x 5 min runs. I was a tad nervous but it went well. Nervous for the next one now. I am sure you will be fine, it's surprising what you can do, so all the best and keep posting. πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
