A mixed one.

Motivation: 0 .....(that time of month) sorry I know people still don’t like talking about it but tough 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s crap to have to exercise though when you feel like you’re being repeatedly jabbed in the stomach, all you want to do is eat your body weight in Toblerone and snuggle up on the couch. But noooooo 🙄.....Deep digging occurred!!!

First half: remarkably pretty good, a breeze even! 😲

Second half: I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest! My arch nemesis ‘the hill’ struck again and I thought I was going to die! Closest I’ve come to stopping yet but then MJ saved the day with his ‘you’ve done two thirds’ phew!!

Overall - just glad I completed it...holiday thoughts getting me through 🏖

Anyone else who is counting down to the school break - 6 more school days!!!!! 🙌🏽

Well done for completing week three. I did W2R2 today and it was hell. I have to partly blame time of the month too.
