Finally gritted my teeth to do run 3 of week 6. I’ve carried on doing the 10 minute runs for a while because I couldn’t face 25 minutes. In fact I would have been happy doing 3 or 4 reps of the 10 minutes with 3 of walking in-between.
But the weather was perfect for it this morning so I set off in a cool drizzle and surprised myself by even managing to speed up a bit for the last minute.
Discovered I’d forgotten to turn Map my Walk on though so not sure how far I got. Disappointed since I do like my data 🤓
Such a sense of satisfaction☺️. Week 7 here I come!
