I’m a runner!

Well completed w6r3 today without the need to do any reruns this week, so feeling really elated. Feel that I have finally hit the right way to do this. Haven’t got 100% capacity in my lungs so have struggled with my breathing up to this week when I suddenly realised that if I breathe down into my tummy and not at the ‘top’ of my lungs I can cope with the longer distances much more comfortably. Should have remembered from school all those years ago that our choir master taught us how to breathe, but then I’m not really a singer so forgot those valuable lessons! I’m no dancer either, but I must admit to doing a wee jig in the street when Sanjeev told me that I’d done it! Lol!

You’re so right, Oldfloss . That’s something I just didn’t appreciate in the first runs, so I’m learning something new each week. Two weeks to go to add five minutes, wonder what I’ll learn then!?

Yea, it was the rush hour rolysmate , so I like to think that I cheered up some tired commuter on their weary way home, lol!

Thanks Br0ughd3rg ! I really liked it when the app told me that I was a runner. Never thought I would see the day! Now for week 7!
