Just got back from W6R3 and despite strangely aching thighs beforehand I did it! The last 5 minutes were a bit of a killer but I was determined to do it. Sarah Millican tells me I’m a runner now and I thought how my mindset has changed from the early weeks when the jump from 1 min and a half to 3 mins of running seemed huge, and now I say to myself it’s ‘only’ 5 minutes more than I ran last week!! 😊
I’m a runner! (apparently!): Just got back from... - Couch to 5K
I’m a runner! (apparently!)
Congratulations Glitterjav, yes you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, well done, onwards and upwards to week 7, there are three more 25 minute runs 🏃 😊.
Congratulations! Into the final stretch of the programme now and no more stop-start. Time to start enjoying it!
Congratulations runner . It’s an amazing moment when you reach that point. Not long to go now 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done - I reached that milestone today too. Similarly the last 5 mins were a killer. I did laugh when Laura suggested I might want to speed up for the last 5 mins!
Well done. Yes that last 5 mins was Definately the hardest..but u did it
Great job... nice change of mindset... those 3 minute runs seem like yesterday to me still. Only indeed is the word now for the steps up... you got this... enjoy week 7.
👏🏼🎉👍 Congratulations. A milestone passed.
Well done 👏👏. You have already run for 25mins. So your next 3 runs will be the same, take it steady and you will get through it. Good luck with week 7. Keep on running 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
