W6 Run 3 Complete!

The longest I've EVER run! At the start I thought no way, this is going to not happen. Listening to podcasts helped rather than music. Also compared to last week, it rained, which was actually quite nice. I strangely felt full of energy for the last 5 minutes, 7-20 that was killer, pretty much as seen by the splits below. 3.65KM! very proud of myself.

WELL DONE!! You're smashing it and no mistake. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘€ I've done w5r3 today and so happpyyyy... but incredibly slow ๐ŸŒ Your split times are really good ... when did you start running faster or is that your natural pace? Any tips for w6 would be welcome too! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Nothing wrong with slow Janey1974- itโ€™s the best way as the runs get longer. Youโ€™ll naturally speed up after graduation so keep doing what youโ€™re doing and youโ€™ll smash W6!๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hey Liz, thanks for your reassurance I appreciate it. It's hard to know if this plodding ( def slow n steady!) will ever pick up some pace. I'm not impatient just curious ... and amazed that I've made it this far haha!!! ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ

Hi Janey, well done you too! That run last week I found incredibly hard, in the full Sun too! I found that the last few minutes of W6R3 I was able to run a little quicker, not sure why. As long as you're not walking, that's fab! I feel like my legs are in concrete during some runs. UGH. We can do this!
