I know its not much. But I finished My W1R3 this morning.
Didn't sleep well at all last night, got 5 hrs according to my fitbit. But opened the curtains, got myself ready and head out in the morning sun at 7.30am.
Struggled to start with on first couple of runs, but then finally found my pace again. Feel amazing for doing it, come back, mowed the lawns and tidied the garden. I'd smashed my 10k steps by lunchtime! Absolutely buzzing. πͺπͺππ.
Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow and then getting back on it.

Well done.
Iβve just started week 2 and am like you in that I am so pleased after each achievement.
Not much? Thatβs the toughest week ticked off! Great job... and gardening is good cross training. The biggest step up of this plan is behind you now... enjoy the gentle progression at the weekend.
Well done π I also find that following a run I end up mowing the lawns or pottering about, it makes you feel so positive for the rest of the day. Stick with it youβll be amazed at what you can achieve.
Thankyou again guys. Really gives you the boost you need when everyone else knows just what it takes. The painful leg muscles have all but gone now unlike the first week. Looking forward to a couple of chilled days and some dad duties now, before hitting week 2 next week. πππͺπͺ
