I’m Katy,

Had a car accident about 10 years ago & have a bad neck/shoulder that just won’t settle down 🙁

I’ve always been very slender but after I was given an antidepressant I very quickly put 3 stone on Ekkkk.

So now 90% of all my clothes don’t fit me & I love my clothes 😕😫

I changed my medication but for some reason (maybe it’s because I’ve turned 40) I am finding it extremely difficult to lose the weight! Very depressing in itself hey!

After years of ‘trying’ I finally started a real huge push about a month ago.

I’ve lost a stone already. So pleased with myself and now feel like I’m ready to start getting a bit fitter. I did my ‘day 1’ exercise/run yesterday.

All ready to go again for tomorrow.

Katy
