I think that’s the my first run in 25 years. Felt bloody awful half way through but stuck with it and yes I feel better if not in body definitely in spirit. Not sure my couch is going to be happy about this but I’m determined to keep going. 🤪🤣🤪

Hi

I too hadn’t run for 25 years and felt ashamed at how out of puff I was running 1 min jntervals but last night I did week5 run3 and ran for 20 mins continuously, albeit not very fast but steadily so it’s possible and you can do it!! Just make sure you don’t try to run too fast, slightly faster than walking briskly and you’ll get there too.

Good luck and enjoy it!!

Well done, the first step is the hardest (ha I feel thats shades of Rod Stewart there). Your body and your spirit already love you, bugger your couch, it will still be there when you get back, if you want, pretty sure you won’t. 😀
