Awesome job. That is one of the hardest runs out the way. I could hardly breathe during that first session. It will get easier. Don't give up just trust the program. You got this!
Thank you. I was really out of breath after first 2 or 3 60sec runs but after that they were easier - think i sorted how to breath and ran slower. Next run on Monday as at work next 2 days hope i can walk tomorrow thanks for your support.
Just remember to stretch before you go out and after when you get back helps to stop the tight aches. A bah may help too.
I am in week 8 now running 28 min and first 5 min are still a killer to get into rhythm and settle brea thing. Keep going. The program works enjoy the milestones x
Best and hardest run you’ll do - taking the first step is the hardest and if you’re a little sore then rest up and go out next time when you’re feeling relaxed and good to go.
Check which version of the app you've got. The first app I had kept crashing half way through and then I changed to the public health England one and have had no problems since. Well done on getting started, keep up the good work x
