Well I had a go today on my 2nd c25k it was awful, I completed it but confess on my 6th & 7th I did not jog all of 1 minute. Last year I was doing park runs but it did hurt, my legs were really bad, I took a lot of advice, saw a sports physio, did exercises, used creams, I even had my blood flow tested at hospital but nothing was found, the doctor just said if it hurts don't do it. I really want to beat this but I fear my legs won't take it. I go to the gym & can go on treadmill for 30-40mins no problem I don;t understand it, anyway I'll let you know how I get on on friday ( it's the calfs & hips that hurt ).
