My first ever run!

Well thanks to this communities inspiration I was motivated enough to begin my C25K journey. Getting ready for it, I was a bit nervous. I done the warm up to ensure I would be on a quiet street to start the run... by the second 60 second run I was on the main busy road and did I care - NO! I even managed to pass a group of teenage boys and a woman who smiled at me. I had a route planned out but I just went with my instinct. It was tough but I done it AND enjoyed it!
