I started my C25K journey I think late Feb, thinking I’ll never do it. This fantastic programme has got me to my first park run this morning. I can’t quite believe I’ve done it. It took a while, but if you stick with it you’ll get there. I feel brilliant!!!

Well done.

I notice your in Poole I’m on holiday at Rockley park in a few weeks and plan on doing a Parkrun down there cos I should be graduated by then. Is it a flat course? What was your time?

Hi, glad you’re holidaying in beautiful Poole! It’s a lovely flat course and very pretty. I did 5k in 39:22 according to my Strava. Everyone is very friendly and it’s very well organised. Hope to see you there!

It’s the 40th flattest out of 519:

Congratulations, you deserve to feel brilliant, I am so glad you enjoyed your first parkrun this morning, good time as well, I ran my first parkrun last Saturday, second one next weekend, they say that you get addicted to running Saturday morning's parkruns, so you have been warned., 😊

Congratulations on your first parkrun - I’m sure it won’t be the last. I did a tourist run at Poole Park last month and really loved it. The many volunteers were fantastic and the park is so beautiful.

You are very lucky if that is your home run. ⚠️ Saturday’s will never be the same again.

Yes it’s my home run and I’m very lucky to have it so near. Glad you enjoyed it.

Well done you! That looks like a beautiful course round the lake. My parents lived in Baiter Park for a brief time, lovely part of the world. And great time for your first Parkrun too!

Oooo Baiter Park, nice! It’s a lovely park and the council has been doing a lot of work there. Blessed!

Well done on your first Parkrun I’m sure they’ll be plenty more in the coming weeks. It will certainly keep your running going long after c25K graduation.
