W9R1: How come....?

Last week for W8R2 and R3 I felt spent at the end of the 28 minute run, couldn't wait for Sarah M to tell me that I was done. Last night I still have enough in the tank to pick up the pace for the last minute, and felt I could have gone on for 5 more.

Same happened from week 7 into 8. Wish I knew why.

But hey - hopefully as I go on beyond week 9 (only 2 more runs until I graduate) there'll be more like last night.
