That the first 30 minute run done. That was hard! It wasn't even the last 2 minutes, going from 28 to 30, the whole run felt hard for some reason today. I was determined not to give up though and feel good that I got through to the end. Two more to go!

Happy running everyone.

Well done to you. I did that run yesterday . You now know you can do it and that should help for the next run. I am trying to plan a better route than I had yesterday and a better podcast .. Good luck for the next run .

Well done.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

This post expands on the theme. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

That's a really interesting read, thank you for posting. I have been eating really well lately but let that slip this weekend. Maybe poor diet has had an impact?

Great job. Did anyone say it would be easy? Some runs are tougher than others, sometimes we can find a reason, other times not. The next run tends to be a lot more comfortable. The determination to not stop is what makes a runner though, and it’s good to have that tested sometimes, this is a mental game! Enjoy closing this plan out.

Same for me this morning - 1st run of week 9 and the whole run was a struggle. I first looked at my watch at 4 minutes!! The next 26 were very ugly. Hopefully 2nd run will be better.🤞
