Week 2 done and dusted!

After barely making it through the first w1 run, I've found week 2 much easier, despite the longer run times. Did w2r2 yesterday and actually kept going for an extra minute, so 2.5 minutes instead of 1.5, for the final run, as I was enjoying it (!). And then, as I knew I'd find it hard to make time for w2r3 after today, I did it this morning (yes I know, you're not supposed to skip the rest day, but I figured just once in a while would be OK). Again, found it a stroll, and this time did an extra 90-second run, so 7 of them in total. Despite that, my ave and max heart rate for today's run was much lower than any of the previous ones - think I am now finding my natural pace and so am breathing a lot more regularly.

Can't wait to get started on week 3 :)
