Classic mistake! Decided to go for W5r1 this morning, despite being slightly hungover and feeling a bit rubbish after a curry. I’d had to change my running schedule last week, so I decided to run on consecutive days, to get back on track.
Big mistake, my head and my body were not in the right place and the first five minute run was so hard, despite encouragement from Michael Johnson. Anyway, I did it and it did get easier but so glad it’s over.
Two days rest for me before run 2 😥
