I went with my mum this morning and I managed to do all of the 60 second runs! However, I jogged a lot slower like people suggested. For some reason, I just like to go fast but then I can't run for as long. I also walked with my hands behind my head to help me breathe when my chest felt tight after running. Is it normal for your chest to feel tight after running? At least I didn't feel dizzy today.

If you are struggling and your chest is tight.. try to relax and slow down more. We do have a tendency to hold ourselves tensely in these early days.. just relax and breathe gently. You are going to be fine.
Well done.
